Hispanic boys and girls between 12-18 years old, who are passionate about soccer and interested in becoming future leaders on and off the field.

This program will help you become a Capitán on and off the field. It will give you access to the behind-the-scenes world of soccer and sports marketing. Including special events at the soccer clubs, internships, courses, mentoring, apprenticeships, and scholarships. Our goal is to open doors for Hispanic youth.

Yes. Events in person might not be fully bilingual, depending on your location. However, there will always be Spanish-speaking staff. Whenever possible, online content will also be available in Spanish.
